This is my first CD of 19th-Century Guitar Composers and presents works from four major guitarists of that era : Mauro Giuliani, Luigi Legnani, Fernando Sor, and Caspar Joseph Mertz (a.k.a., Johann Kaspar Mertz).  For this recording I used the Stauffer/Legnani-model guitar built by Bernhard Kresse.
